Ascension Wrestling is for ages 4 and up, focusing on the fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun of wrestling. We are dedicated to creating a positive learning environment for our area youth, helping them build life skills applicable in all areas of life. We are here to help you and your family create a passion for wrestling. New and experienced wrestlers are welcome and encouraged to join our exciting program. Athletes will be required to wear Ascension practice gear of t-shirt and shorts Athletes may purchase wrestling shoes if they wish. Those interested in tournaments will be provided with match information once the wrestling season begins.
